We from bobberbrothers are all committed to make sure customers are satisfied with our products and happy with their purchases. In the case that your shirt, hoodie, headwear, accessories, or other products are not what you expected, you are free to return it within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. We keep things simple because we know what it’s like to be in your shoes. When we purchase from online companies, we too expect a simple return policy that does not confuse or frustrate us.
In case you still have doubts about how easy the return process is, we have included a list of acceptable reasons to return one of our products. You can send your product back if:
- The size / the cut does not fit properly
- You don't like the design
- You don't like the quality of the product for any reason
- You buy it as a birthday gift for your boyfriend, but he breaks up with you
- Your brand new cap takes off while riding and it gets dirty
While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process.
If you wish to cancel the contract, please complete and submit the form below together with your return to the given address. After we receive your return, we'll take care of your refund. Please allow 2-3 working days for the refund to complete.
Just send your return back to us as described above and simply place a new order with the desired exchange item(s). As soon as we receive your return, we'll take care of the refund for the item(s) you returned from your original order.

CHARGES AND CREDITS
Shipping charges - Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Bobberbrothers Apparel.
Receiving your refund - Bobberbrothers Apparel does not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund to the credit card or Paypal account originally used.
Unique Items, such as Mystery Boxes and Solo Seats are excluded from returns.
